POE - Porter Airlines (Canada) changed ICAO code to PTR - renamed logo attached

The deletion is deleted, and here is an English version of UKN for the State Aviation Enterprise "Ukraine" plus the Cyrillic version renamed.

Porter Airlines (Canada) has resurrected their POE code to be used by their Embraer 195 E2 fleet. In the lack (currently) of a separate marketing name for this, I've just put an image of a 195 beside the PTR logo:

POE - Porter Airlines Embraer fleet (callsign Porter Air - PTR's callsign is Porter Dash)
