Replacement for current Braathens ICAO:
SCW - Skywest Charter (USA) subsidiary of Skywest Airlines (ICAO code SKW) - I just added 'Charter' to the SKW logo.

A new one:
VID - Via Air (Central African Republic)                                   

And a deletion:
ERT - Eritrean Airlines is deleted
