Four replacements and a deletion:

MIM - Speedwings France has rebranded as Sparfell France, a subsidiary of the parent company (ICAO LDX). I Just added the French flag to the LDX logo. I've also redone the LDX logo as it's changed slightly.
OYA - OYA International Airlines (Libya) rebranded as Fly OYA International. Same ICAO, new logo
SRR - Star Air A/S (Denmark) rebranded as Maersk Air Cargo A/S. Same ICAO, new logo.

Deletion:
CAW - Comair (South Africa) has ceased to be.
