Hi Chaps

Thanks to Terry for the additions and deletions. As to Air Volta, it seems like it's dead and buried - Avcodes has no website link and says that its nationality is Bulgarian - seems odd!

I'll leave it in my standby folder unless there are signs of a revival.

The Air Volta which you have the link to may be the original one which became Air Burkina in 1985.

The Air Volta VLB511/2 which was in and out of Prestwick this morning is not related but uses the same ICAO and name.  My database gives LZ-TRH as operated by Air Volta but I can find no details of it but is on the FAA list as such as detailed by Terry

The aircraft appears to use the same ID's for all its flights https://www.radarbox.com/data/flights/VLB512/1405745037

OK then - so, assuming no link to Burkino Fasso, and with the aircraft showing no signs of a logo, I've just typed a fresh one:

VLB - Air Volta (Bulgaria)

Well as FAA, my database and now Eurocontrol give LZ-TRH as VLB/Air Volta I think that is put to bed.  BTW its been with them since 2017

My d/b also gives LZ-BVE as Air Volta

Thanks

Flight Calibration Services have a code of VOR, but there's a DA62 of theirs flitting around MAN at the moment using FCL which, as we all knew, is the code of the apparently inactive or deceased Florida Coastal Airlines.
So I've done a copy of the VOR logo as FCL.

Rod,

Regarding Flight Calibration Services :

VOR is the ICAO code for Flight Calibration Services (UK) and Flight Calibration Services Gmbh of Germany use ICAO code FCK. We have both ICAO codes/logos in the Logos folder. Suggest that the guy flying around the Manchester area is suffering from the fat fingers problem and has entered FCL instead of FCK. There is currently no ICAO code of FCL.

Hi Ian
It was the British company's plane - G-VNAV - it's been using FCL2 and FCL02 around MAN since the 1st April.

If so it's wearing thin - still using FCL02 this morning - seems to have flown down to Shoreham now.

Qatar Emiri Air Force C-17s consistently use LHOB as a flight ID, so at last I've done a special logo for them - they seem to be very active at the moment.
