(Presumably, a subsidiary of the parent company with the same logo but requiring the addition of the Maltese flag).

(Best I can find showing a logo. Their website is not working).

Changes :

INAER Aviation Italia is now Babcock Mission Critical Services Italia or simply Babcock Italia (same ICAO). Can you please add Italia to the new logo :

Macair Jet (Argentina) is now Avian Lineas Aereas - Avianca Argentina operating under the Avianca Argentina name and logo but with their own ICAO :

And, strictly spaeking, according to the FAA, easyJet Airlines are now easyJet UK. Can you add a Union Jack to their logo :

ELH - Babcock Italy (that's what the website says, rather than Italia)
MCJ - Avianca Argentina  - just added a flag
EZY-UK - I'm going to leave this as an alternative rather than replace the original EZY, because the Austrian operation easyJet Europe still uses EZY, so it would be wrong to apply a UK flag to them. Hope you're OK with that.

SSR - Sardinian Sky Service is indeed on the latest FAA list for 19/7/2018. Don't know how it got missed out. It did not appear under additions.  I will now double check to see if any others have been missed.

EDIT : I should, of course, have added that a website is required to obtain the logo and many companies even in this day and age don't have a website therefore a logo can't be obtained.
