Taban now operate all former Onur Air MD-88s - on is EP-TBB (53549) while the four other have ukrainian registrations. So one must be EP-TBC.

UR-CIX last noted 29/11
UR-CIY not been picked up in last month
UR-CIZ last noted 13/11 now EP-TBB

Not much help but possibly UR-CIY is a starting point??
