That 708022 could it be new ATR72-600 c/n 1049 which was delivered mid of this month.. It is the only ATR that has ADS-B around here.

RDPL-34222 was delivered 16/10, 708022 was first picked up 28/10 so highly likely as AT76 are ADSB equipped and it is their sole one.
