Other than the new one delivered in September I havent heard of Air Astana getting another E190

GAS and Airframes dont have anything on P4-KCG.  AvDb have details but not hex yet and note it is due October, so I dont think it has been delivered yet.

I consider it is likely that it is haveing problems ith an iffy transponder double coding like you state.

OE-UDW definately used 4401AB previously, although I am aware that 440BB8 has also been used as well.  9 previous uses of the registration by DA42 at least
OE-UDV, been used by 14 DA42 and 2 Katana so far at least
OE-UDX been used by 9 DA42 and 3 DA40 at least so far.
