Morning, some additional unknowns from yesterday, but first:

Yesterday I posted two WT9. One has populated but the other didn't. The one that hasn't populated is this one:

3FF16A (Germany, flight id: DMLUM, D-MLUM WT9 Aerospool WT-9 Dynamic Aero-Club Butzbach e.V. CN? source: http://www.aero-club-butzbach.de/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=406%3Ad-mlum&catid=41&Itemid=66 )

All other formerly unknowns have populated.

The additional airframes:

3C489F (Germany, flight id: BER538L, actually no unknown but a decoding error of 3C4897)

3DF22F (Germany, flight id: DHLYT, D-HLYT R44 Robinson R44 Raven II Heli-Flight 2176 sorces: operators Website, Mk1EB: http://www.helionline.net/230-122700-688128/photogallery/30/185/35176///D-HLYT.html )

3E50D9 (Germany, no flight id, nothing more)

406006 (UK, no flight id, no "active" airframe found)

4B1625 (Switzerland, flight id: SWR125P, the second proofed decoding error: SWR125P was done by 4B1621)

That's all. I'll do my very best to have one the way  I like, but he best part is, that this "weekend" will last two and a half weeks. In this sense, have a nice Day!

So long! Ingo

Hi X

I have no idea, we have the same hex for VP-CET, 4241AD as GAS, Airframes and AvDb

The same databases and Airnav give VP-CCD as 424141

Looking throught the mode-s forum archives there seems to be some disparity here as VP-CET was noted at Luton showing 4241AD and was first noted as 4241AD a GLF4 with flight ID VP-CET on 24th October 2009 but it is also noted that VP-CCD LJ60 arrived and departed Frankfurt showing the same hex during November last year.

Maybe we are all wrong and it looks like we are needing a Mk 1 eyeball sighting to sort this out.

Alan

Alan

VP-CET was eyeballed as a G450 in sandpit arriving 3 March 12 at 2117 and stayed till 7 March 12 departing 2146. Unfortunately I was in Switzerland so did not pick him up so cannot confirm which hex it used but have found 4241AD also had VP-CCD in c/s box on 10 Dec last year. Would suggest it looks like a problem with the c/s in the box and that the db is correct. Will confirm when my colleague gets back from his Blighty Olympic visit.

Hi Steve,

It comes out as Egyptian but I think this will be a miscode.  Nothing on Airframes or the mode-s forum other than it was noted in Brentwood yesterday.
