Hello

This is a new Database Update Requests thread since the old one is now large and unwieldy so has been locked.

Thank you in advance for your requests.

Hi X/Alan

I had 4001E1 VT-PPA at the pit at 00:02, so could be another miscode of this one as i haven't had 400151 showing on my box at all.

Hi Neil

Still nothing comes up for 400151.  I note you received 400E1E an hour or so before X noted 400151 descending in the pit area.

Alan/Neil

734064 is EP-PCD is an identified a/c which we believe is a neighbourly chopper on oil rig work as with 734068 EP-PCH both picked up regularly.

400151 is a miscode seen in 2011 would suggest a RAF miscode into NHD, my sighting was at 01:15 descending so does not match up with diddyboys time of 00:02.

400151   United Kingdom Mil   UNKNOWN            13/09/2011 00:44

Neil,

734064 isnt one of the many associated with EP-LCE, so far!! and was first noted on the network 4/1/2011.  It decodes to EP-PCD which I dont have anything on, possibility I suppose but nothing confirmed.

C05FE8 decodes to C-GKIH, Bell 412EP, c/n 36570 Which left the Canadian Register in March and went to UAE and is so far unidentified.

Alan/Neil

AZAZ0909 is a regular Il76 flight number into this area used by various machines in the past including 6030A0 UP-I7612, 514033 4L-FFG, 1533FA  RA-78842, 514046 4L-SKL so would suggest a serious miscode

Also while in Russia AZAZ0909 has been used by TU3 150186 RA-65926 and Yak40 1557A0  RA-87968

To complicate things more AZAZ0909 was used recently by US hex A57FCE  AZAZ0909, so I am not sure what the call sign signifies.

Alan

you replied as I was typing re AZAZ0909 but now we have to find out this choppers new reg, but I do wonder if AZAZ0909 is some sort of default code which shows up if flight number not entered by crew due to the multiple types it appears on.

PS 734064 isn't EP-LCE, normally it is low level which is why we believe it is an undentified chopper on rig duties in the Gulf
