N4CP although still showing on the FAA listing became B-8192 in January but for some reason hasnt been deleted yet.  I come across a number of these in a week, bad admin I suppose.

He is transmitting a Mode S of 02007B which belongs to CN-TPH a Beech 200 c/n BB-1006. He should be using 0200F9.
