although I think its altimeter might need calibrating, or can these things reach 37,000ft?!!

All I can find is that this call sign was used by an unknown Avanti ( I-FXR?) recently. No idea if this is the same aircraft though.

Not you clarify N2243A as PK-MBZ as I find that c/n 23007 is now PK-YSA with Trigana Air Service
