440644 decodes to OE-IRA was a B707-138B of Montana Austria which was b/u around 1987 not aware of a reallocation
A64543 decodes to N503BW Luscombe 11E Sedan

The correct one is the Aeroflot, I can only gues the other was a decoding error of some sort

Well you have me on that one...a Luscombe ....never heard of one

The Aeroflot A333 VQ-BQZ took off at 1324 and was seen as such, climbed to 35,000 and timed out 1348, two minutes later reappeared with changed code and destination and landed 19 minutes later at SVO (but not seen landing)as i lost him at 900 ft....weird!

503CC2 (Lithuania)  other than the fact it was climbing up to 35000 before I lost it, no other details I'm afraid.

49D2AE (Czech Rep.) no further details but something small I guess as it did not go over 3500ft
