This is NOT UR-CGX An12, just gone over my villa at 10000, it is a white Il76 with grey belly and engines and a logo on the tail. Not close enough to read off but from logo we think it is Silk Way 4K-AZ60 IL76 00934 99982.
4K-AZ60(1) An12 became UR-CGX, 4K-AZ60(2) is an IL76. So reuse of hex and reg.
