Upgrade to 3D not possible

Hello all,
i have aproblem by Registration as follows. I, am typing on www.airnavsystems.com/radarbox/upgrade the serialnumber, the Upgrade-Code and my Email-Adress. After 1 or 2 Minutes i see this Unhandled Exception: Read Timeout
Now, another try brings Service Unavailable on my screen. What happend or what is wrong and is there somebody, who can help?

Please send support an email and we will do it for you, the server is unstable at the moment which is causing a few isues.
