The software isn't detecting the radarbox hardware. Try unplugging and pluggin in your radarbox again.
then goto start/control panel/system/device manager /universal serial bus controllers. You should see the Airnav RadarBox listed. If you see it with a question mark the drivers are not installed.
Dan.

Hi I presume this is a follows onto your thread Help Needed.  You dont need to start a new thread each time, it it is the same subject press the reply button of the thread you are on.

Disconnect the USB cable to Radrabox

I presume you have downloaded the drivers I gave you the link to on the other thread.  Go to the downloaded Zip and double click it, this will ask you where you want to unzip to, make it somewhere you will remember.

Once you have done that, click on start, bottom left of the screen, then Devices and Printers from the right side of the menu that pops up.

On the bottom line of the window that pops up you should see Airnav Radarbox, click on it, then the Hardware from the nexr window.

On the next window press properties and on the next Change Settings.  On the next window click on Driver and when it opens, Update Driver.

On the next window, Click on Browse My Computer For Driver Software,  Use the Browse button to go to where you unzipped the drivers too.  After you have done that press Next and the drivers will be installed.

Once complete, connect the USB cable and start Radarbox and hopefully all will be well.

Alan

Stu, right click on your desktop, on the window that pops up, scrol down to new, click on it and on the next window click on folder.

A new folder will appear on the screenm named New Folder

Click on http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/drivers/ANRB64bitDrivers.zip  A window will pop up, press save.. A new window will pop up, press Desktop on left pane and and then New Folder on the main pane, then press save and all going well the drivers should now be in that New Folder on your desk top in a folder named anrb64bit drivers.

Now go to Once you have done that, click on start, bottom left of the screen, then Devices and Printers from the right side of the menu that pops up, on my previous reply and go from there, You now now hwere the drivers are ready to be installed.
