ANRB crashed

Hi all, I was watching aircraft on the Radar Box for the last 4 days, both My Flights and Network (delayed), but on a re-start of my laptop, and clicking on the Radar Box icon I get the following message:-
C:\\ Program Files\AirNav Systems\AirNav RadarBox 2009\ANRB.exe
"windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them." I have tried run as administrator, to no avail! as you can see its a 2009 system, upgraded from a 2007 product, and the laptop is runing Vista. I am a complete novice with computers, so be gentle with me, hope somebody can help. Russ Evans.
