Minor update for Budapest Ferihegy LHBP - for the new terminal 2 layout with the SkyCourt in the middle.

This replaces the old outline.

Tjilik Riwut - WAOP, but known to RadarBox (unless the next software release includes a map update) as WRBP, and known to Google Earth under its old name of Palangkaraya.

Hi Rod, I know you have done an detailed outline for CYYZ, and it is amazing...

I just wanted to know if there is anything you can do to improve on it?  I live so close to the airport, it would be nice to have even more detail....Is there anyway I can get one with more detail from either you or elsewhere?

The short answer is no! I don't know of any other available outlines of CYYZ, and the outline that I did contains as much detail as I have the patience to add.
