C819B1 not assigned, decodes to ZK-JQR which is now VH-ZVM, P750,c/n 126,Hartcorp Enterprises, allocated and in d/b as 7C8190

7C80DF not assigned by CASA. Would appear to be one of the Regional fleet miscoding but dont know which one
