Back in October we were able to tie-up one of the Jeddah based RSNF airframes from your noting of the callsign field.  This was AS565 MB Panther 5002 with hex 8EFD0B

There are now five sequential hexes in this series that have been picked up.

8EFD08
8EFD09 noted with callsign "RSNF504"
8EFD0A
8EFD0B tied up Panther 5002
8EFD0C

I think your new one could possibly be another of the Panther's and RSNF 5004 is based in Jeddah which has a C/N of 6913.  Let us know if you think that guess can be firmed up further from your observations.
