51527D confirmed as being EY-637 IL76 Khatlon Air and is not EY-322 An26 which was suspected as a possibility back in May. EY-322 probably does not ping.

EY-637 I suspect was ex EK76737 00834 83502 but NOT confirmed however Soviet transports suspect that as EY-627 but I think that is 00634 67021. Time will tell.
