 Hmm, I wonder if this could be VQ-BND, it was at ARN on 13 april. From Skyliner:

Hi Niklas, its quite possible but not convinced yet, would still like confirmation.  It appears to still be N registered as yet as it is still on the FAA register as N442CA.
