3D2A5C (Germany, flight id: DEOHG, again this website indicates, that this DR40 is available for charter. http://www.alfacharlie.com/de/flugzeug/edfd/d-eohg/ So either the WO DR40 was repairable or it's another DR40 using same registration number)

400A56 (UK, flight id: EXS826, decoding error of 400A5E)

3D2A5C D-EOHG, as you are picking it up and have provided evidence  I have added it to the d/b without c/n.  I presume it is new as GAS and Airframes also have no details on it.
44020A unknown to me
A653B0 decodes as you state to N5806F which is Cessna Temp Registration so putting 2 + 2 together would suggest that N351CC is on delivery still using its test registration hex

It was using the flightid BKV4010 so I guess it's back with the Bukovyna Aviation Enterprise.
