Radarbox 3D problems
« on: April 04, 2012, 03:10:45 PM »
Hi
I have been using Radar box 3 d for over a year now.Now when I start the program I have no 3D, the £d icon has vanished as has the 3D select in the drop down  menus.
So I am left with just 2D.
Does the 3D stop working when your subscription expires? as I only use my aerial and preamp.
seems strange if you HAVE to pay subs to get 3D working
I have tried reinstall but to no avail
Thank Guys
Peter

I already contacted support via email with no reply

Hi meder,

Your subscription has nothing to do with 3D. Once you buy 3D you have it for life :)

The 3D is set to run on two machines only, so if you have installed it more than twice or using it on a new machine it needs to be reset.

Send us your RB login id via a PM and we will reset it for you.

RadarBox 3D needs to connect to Google map servers through AirNav Systems to authorise it. If our server is down then the 3D fails.

But as mentioned before just to make clear you can run RadarBox 3D without a network subscription just fine. It is not a requirement.
