loss of 3D function

Have had major problems with ANRB crashing at various times using win7 ultimate 64bit. Got to the extent
that I have dual booted my laptop with win xp pro, installed ANRB on this but now when I press
the start button I have lost my 3D, map and split view capability.
Also still having major problems with sending log reports to my e mail address

Sent two e mails for advise to Airnav support but no ticket/response received (4 days now) - is there a problem here as well?

Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi colossus,

Your 3D license is only for two installs hence it needs to be reset which we can do for you. Send us your RB login id use the support form on the contact page if your emails are not being sent to us (could be being marked as spam our end)

Alerts are still being fine tuned at the moment, we have moved our mail servers. You won't believe the amount alert emails, reports etc.. thats gets generated by RadarBoxes each day, infact soo many that mail servers cannot cope.

You have no luck with the support form, PM us your RB login id and we will rectify it asp.
