OK Drazick - I understand now.

This appears to be a matter between you and AirNav themselves, so I don't think forum members will be able to help. Emailing Support is the best way of contacting them.

Good luck

Drazick,

These emails regarding the contract should not be put in the public forum and you should contact us directly. You should have the emails that we sent you the orginal contract etc. Please refrain from posting these matters on the forum. And just to let you know if you have been sharing for that period then don't worry you will get your 3D upgrade.

Thank you

Boa tarde!
Atenciosamente,
Ricardo Calvo

Hahahaha ... I hope so ... 25 July 2012 ...

But what about the " Support ticket Number 92603 " that came into my email Inbox ?

" Thank you for requesting support from AirNav Systems.
Your support request ticket number is 92603.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible. '

Anyway, I am used to not receiving a reply from a human being from AirNav.

Singapore has been seen a few times, they have been testing the fix Dev made but at the moment he is looking for a new antenna to provide a better reception.

Any chance of donating an External Antenna with 10 m cable to me to improve my reception ?

Currently, using the supplied tiny antenna INSIDE my window and there are blind spots due to the metal window grills and other metal parts of my windows.

hey Birdie, instead of trying to get everything for free why dont you do what I and most others did and buy a antenna for yourself! I was lucky enough to get a box so the least i could do was invvest some coin in an external antenna FFS!

Unlike the 50 of you who are lucky to get the box FREE from AirNav -

- I paid for my own box after a 1-year nightmare with AirNav's dealer in Ohio who won't accept any other payment other than Advanced payment by Telegraphic Transfer - but when asked for Bank Details - they went radio silence.

Finally when the Box arrived, I was slammed with a heavy goods & Sales Tax (GST) .

I guess I have to home-brew my own external antenna and stick it out of my window.

Birdie, there are over 40 dealers available.

I already bought the AirNav 3-D box from R & L Electronics last year (2011) after 1 year of nightmare with them on payment method.

Finally, they "upgraded" to accept Credit Cards. ( I had purchased goods from this company for the past 15 years but they claimed have no records of my purchases ).

40 Dealers available selling what items ?
