Hey, I would be willing to host one in Invercargill, New Zealand, near Invercargill Airport NZNV.

We don't have a lot of ADSB traffic down here, but AirNZ is introducing some new ATR-72's around the middle of the year, and these will have ADSB onboard. We mainly get ATR and Q300 traffic.

As far as I'm aware there's no online coverage down here at all, be it AirNavSystems, or others such as flightradar24.

I should also be able to get approach traffic into Queenstown and Dunedin International Airports, both uncovered as well.

I'm a radio amateur (ZL4OM) and a general geek, so installing is no problem.

As posted before please send all your requests to:

Most of the requests until now have been approved and RadarBox network will significantly improve its coverage in the next weeks/months.

Regarding our initiative it is, again, amazing the number of requests we are receiving to deploy extra RadarBox units.
We've already approved 33 new locations and we have over 70 on hold waiting for more information from users.
We will give preference to users with External ADS-B Antennas.

Please share this Free RadarBox program with any friend you may know located anywhere we mentioned.
At this time we would be extremelly interested in users in Latin America and Africa.
We are also waiting for users in Newfoundland (Gander), Greenland and Iceland.

Once again, thanks AirNav for approving my application. I will definitely keep my RadarBox online 24/7 and help to increase the coverage for AirNav.

Best Regards,

Hi Airnav,

Do you have someone in Madeira and the Azores?

I ask this just for curiosity .... unfortunately I've had my RB off for not having internet in Lagos, Algarve (Portugal). But at the weekend it is connected near Évora (Portugal).

We are looking for Madeira. In Azores we are already setting up a station in a high location.
Also we are looking for the Canary Islands.
