Probably a lot of the new US unknowns are P3's, probably to protect the fleet going through the straights of Hormuz. All the heavy equipment will leave Iraq by sea during the withdrawal and they won't want our pesky neighbours trying to create an incident.

76CCE6 decodes to 9V-SGF, this became HZ-SKI in 2006 and is a Boeing 727-212, c/n 21460/1340, unless of course the hex has been re-issued to a new aircraft.
