C05FEO decodes to C-GKHZ not assigned by Transport Canada.  Two previous holders of the registration, one in Ecuador, one now C-FOPS, EC135 P2+ c/n 0959, Ontario Provincial Police, possible?

A0AEB9 N143KC, Diamond Aircraft DA-40 Star, c/n 40.1129, Premier Aircraft Sales registred 2/12 and added to d/b last night
