I am currently sat in Lagos and I am getting loads of unknown hexcodes, what a surprise!
064112 I believe is 5N-TBB DHC-8-300 Topbrass Aviation.
064113 As above- 5N-TBC.
064109 is a Sikorsky S-92, operator unknown.
0640D2 ??.
0640CE ??.
044001 appears to be Ghana Air Force FK-28 G-520 I think.

4D2060 according to my Db this is Hawker 900 9H-ZAT c/n HA-0143. It has been in and out of Lagos for the past three days.
British pilot and callsign "Express 611".
