280280 and 4A0665 are the only ones of your hexes that I think actually were emitted by an aircraft.  Unfortunatly I dont have any info on them.  4A0665 decodes to YR-ASE and isnt known so possible misscode. Airframes has 280280 as being a miscode used previously by MD-900 N903LF in 2008 and 2009.

We have 8EF40E in the d/b as a miscode for RA-64026, are you confirming this is incorrect and it should actually be for 64150 instead.  If so is this a miscode and what is its allocated hex

ROT391 from 2012/01/30 was operated by 4A0661 YR-ASA. So this is not a miscode but a "decoding error".

@Alan - you certainly know that YR-ASE does not exist.

48ADA3 decodes into SP-LND which is Embraer ERJ-195LR c/n 19000516 on order for LOT.
