That is sad, I flew on the B737 G-STRI when we leased her in full Flybe livery a few years ago. Nice aircraft and best wishes to all their staff.

Skyliner is reporting that future 'Iceland Express' flights will be operated by 'Holidays Czech Airlines'.

Just to confirm that Holidays Czech Airlines A320, OK-HCA c/n 4699 has been flying up and down the East coast of Scotland for the last few days following the route normally taken by Astraeus aircraft.

Hello

They are a miss here anyway. They used to be a fine and regular sight passing over here on the Iceland Express runs until about a month ago. After that none came until the night of the 20th. At that time I didn't realise a few hours later it would be all over. At least we might get these Holidays Czech Airlines soon.

Flt HCC502, Reg OK-HCA abeam Halifax about five minutes ago heading your way if bearing maintained.

I am sorry to say he didn't,  the Keflavik <-> Gatwick flights (502 for example) normally go over the west of Scotland like this one must have. It is the Keflavik <-> Berlin and Keflavik <->  Kastrup ones that have the better chance of coming although for the last while these have mainly gone over Shetland or the sea to the north of Shetland.
