Rod/Ian - Ivory Coast is an old Colonial name. Whilst it remains a literal translation of the country name, International institutions like the UN and World Bank now fully call the country by its local name - Côte d'Ivoire and I think we should do the same.

Just looked it up - the name change was notified to the UN and agreed in 1985. (click the plus symbol against the 1960 entry on this website

Hi Ian - they don't seem to have changed their logo in the process, but I have slightly refreshed it anyway:

NLV - Livingston Energy Flight

Rod,

Just had a Germanwings flight on using the ICAO code GWI. No logo was showing and having checked the folder I would appear not to have one. Very strange as I'm sure I've seen their logo before on the RB. Possibly inadvertantly deleted. Can you redo please ?

Thanks,

Ian

RodBearden

There's a choice for GWI.

UIA - Uni Air

It is a full rebrand.  They had a circular symbol on the tail and a predominantly red scheme.

They have now gone with a Star on the tail and a livery that reflects that of parent EVA.
