1.5 and local time

1.5 doesn't seem to have corrected the local time bug. Should it have?

Already commented. We missed that one. Sorry. We have made changes but on another place of the code. Should be done for V1.6 (we are just waiting to confirm where the freezing problems are to release V1.6).
