Finally up and running again but for how long. This is happening all too often and if it continues to happen regularly even 'DR' and has merry little band of followers will probably not bother mentioning it or is that the idea ?

The reason is the capacity of the network has reached its limit a few months ago, we have changing things to make it more streamlined and to add further features for things to come.
This has caused problems and we are doing our best to make it stable.

Hi Support,
When you state the capacity of the network has reached its limit, does this mean that if we get more network users we will start to have further problems, slow downs etc?

No that won't happen, the new server software can handle many more customers. As its new we are going through period of ironing out some issues.
