Hi Dudley I take it you downloaded and installed the latest drivers from the support page?

I copied every thing from my old computer to the new using a memory stick.

Hi

Normal way.  Is this puting in the disc supplied?  How do you install drivers?  I should add that this computer will not connected to the internet.  I plan to use it at Fairford next month.

The normal way is either via the CD or downloading the software and installing it.

The Windows 7 server drivers are at

Hi again

Some progress.  I found the drivers and now the bottom left caption is saying Hardware Checking.  I do not think the CD is an option as I have had it some years.  I am now considering down loading the whole thing but could only find the 3d option.  Also, I will need to download to one computer and copy to the laptop.

Alan

Thanks.  I am sure it is internet capable.  It is that I am out of my comfort zone.  When I tried to have 2 computers on at the same time it took a hour on the phone to NTL to sort it out.

Hi

I have now downloead the full download.  Cpoied it to stick and then installed on lap top.

It put in a file call program files x86.  Now I have found 3 ways to open it.

1.  Use main icon.  Result Harware: not Connected.

The next 2 are via Windows Explorer

2.  Airnav Radar Box then ANBR.  Result Harware Checking.

3.   Airnav Systems then Airnavbox then ANBR.  Result Harware not connected.

Hi Dud, go into Control Panel, Device Manager and see if ANRB is showing under USB, you may need to install "updated" driver, by pointing the device manager to the ANRB driver file.
ANRB :  AOR AR8000 : Icom R-7000 : Icom IC-R9000 : JRC NRD-545 : OptoElectronics Digital Scout and OptoLinx Interface; Realistic Pro-2005 : UBC 800XLT - listed in alphabetical order, not cost, preference, performance or entertainment value!
