Is anyone experiencing loss of data switched my air nav on fine, ok then all the flights dissapeared, is anyone else having problems at the moment.

second question is there anywhere you can find out how long you have on your subscription, i think  its near the end of the year but would like to check if anyone can help would appriciate it cheers

Hi - the network seems to be down at the moment: the network status monitor page is offline too: http://www.airnavsystems.com/airnavstatus.php

As for your account, in the RadarBox Tools menu, go to Network Account Information, but again, it's down at the moment.

Hello

You will also notice aircraft details will not populate just now. We have just had a Transavia come past without details although it is in the central database since 16/05/11.
