Hi,
Using Radarbox npw since the end of June.
Very Happy with it until this morning (July-3rd) when the software is 'apparently' telling me I have reached the end (consumed all) my monthly limit on the network. It then offers me a clickable link to UPGRADE to an 'unrestricted usage account'

I have attached 2 screenshots so you can see exactly what I am referening to.

I would really appreciate some clarification on thid as I was never aware of a usage policy on the network or indded how it is measured and charged for ?

The clickable (upgrade link)  does not appear to work either ???

Many Thanks,

Dauphin_army

I certainly didn't realise there was a 60 hour limit on the product usage per month.  Where is that in the small print?  And will the future £10 per month charge only buy 60 hours per month?

I'm just hoping I get a response saying it is part of a 'TEST'.

If not, it's a complete rip off !!! and I will be one very disappointed radar Box owner.

Not the best time to ask and hope you get this problem resolved asap. Apart from this issue, have you found the box to be all it claims and how easy have you found it to use ?

On the usage limit, I've just trawled thru the online material Airnav have released and no where is there any mention whatsoever. Strong case for its removal straight away in my humble opinion.
Good luck

Its unrestricted access. I assume you bought via the convention (as checking the system it looks like those accounts were not setup correctly, Sorry)

Anyhow it should be working now :)

Yes, I bought in the Convention in Friedrichshafen in Germany.
Apart from that, I am very happy with the Radarbox.

I'm sure when my A/c issue has been resolved all will be fine.
