Is this considered close?

Hi all,

Is these two aircraft at the same altitude and so close considered as in danger zone?

1st without any direct reference of the maps scale it is difficult to make a 100% statement. But anyway, that seems not that close, because BAW283 will be far enough away until TSO571 would have reached the actual position of BAW283. It would quite more dangerous if they where flying on a course on that they would "meet" in next few minutes.
