Radarbox stopped working

Hi, my Radarbox has stopped working, it was fine last night but today it is not receiving any signal. I have tried it on two different computers running Win7 and XP but it doesn't work on either machine.
All it displays is a steady blue light  marked USB and a green light marked Power, I have also tried a different cable but had the same result.

Any ideas anybody please???
