Stephano,

If my memory serves me correct there were problems with CSA aircraft on the data which came with your system, that is what is making me think that you are using the earlier database.

Do you have more than one version of the radarbox software on your computer, perhaps an earlier version which may have had its d/b updated instead of the version you are using.  If you have upgraded to V3.13 or V4.03 since you bought your box you will probably have more than one version of the radarbox software in your computer.  If you go into your airnav folder in my computer you should be able to check how many versions of radarbox are on your computer and ensure that the latest d/b has been installed in the correct location. for the current version.

If the lastest d/b is not in the correct data folder I would suggest that you download it again and direct it to the correct location, or copy it across between versions

OK Stephano but I think it is the d/b location that is causing your problem as the current and previous d/b have the aircraft you detailed entered correctly.

4.03 is the 3D version.

I had time at lunchtime.
Here is the screenshot from my database explorer with the CSA frames.
Thanks to both

Stefano, is that Windows 7 you're running?  If so, what folder did you install Radarbox in, or did you just choose the default location?

Never seen anthing like that, just had a look in my d/b explorer again and all is well do I dont know how you get that corrupt.

As Tarbat has asked did you install radarbox into c:/airnav or did you let it install using the default c:/program files/airnav folder..  If the later uninstall and install in c:/airnav as the virtual store in windows Vista and Windows 7 causes havoc.

Hello Tarbat,
Yes I'm running Windows 7 since a few weeks. Can you wait until this evening so I can control in wich folder is this file. But I think is good because the mylog file contains the old data since march 2009.

Stefano

ps and OT: I need help from you for sql queries.

The CSA Air/FedEx Feeder C208 aircraft are correct.  As you can see from the wiki page CSA Air is not to be confused with CSA Czech Airlines  :)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CSA_Air

The others random non OK- registered aircraft mystify me however as to why they have that company field name.

Yes, thanks but i queried all entries with CSA. So I don't consider the firsts...

Tarbat, the folder of mylog and NAVDATA is D:\Programmi\AirNav Systems\AirNav RadarBox\Data

That could be the cause of your problems Stephano, you have the airnav folder in D:/Program files/Airnav.

Re-install onto your computer and ignore the default location the installer wants and re-direct straight onto the d/ drive so that you then have it in D:/Airnav when installed.

Putting it into the D;/Program files/Airnav/ in Vista and Windows 7 brings into use the windows virtual store which causes the problems you are experiencing.

Once you have installed re-installed copy across your mylog file into the data folder and down load the update directing it to your new folder and things should be right then.  The previous Airnav can then be deleted from your computer

Good evening Alan hope you are well.

Been downloading from the first page but with no success.

In my database the totals are 80,000.

Is that correct.

Or is the dreaded virtual store in vista playing up?

Hi Steve,

If it downloaded and run you would know about it.  Try saving it to somewhere and run it from there.

I wouldnt know how to find out how many other than it should be over 100,000 going by the updater.
