A question was asked and I am trying to assist. If you read the database update thread it may well give you some info but it should be released soon as the Navdata is in test as we speak. There is nothing in this thread that has not been mentioned elsewhere on the forum. Seek and you shall find.
There are plenty of commercially available databases out there some of which may do what you want.
