Its in the d/b so should populate.
After some research in my MyLog.db I'm pretty sure, that this one as been auto-populated a while ago. But now the entry from the NAV database has gone. The "forced population" or "manual population" function of the MyLog explorer doesn't work either. I think that behaviour is one that should be monitored if it occurs on others users systems too. If yes there could be a more serious problem in database handling procedures of the RB software itself. Especially regarding the fact, that I haven't any noticeable Software crashes since a couple of month. I will try to add this particular airframe by hand now. I'm excited whether it will stay in the nav db or gets lost again.

One more question: Is this airframe in the db? 3D3C25 D-EVAJ RV8 Van's RV-8  Private If yes, it shows the same behaviour.

Could 508238 be UR-AAG newly delivered to Aerosvit?
I have a record of a flight by 508238 the 14 april as AEW248 and according to Flightstats it was flown by a B767-300. All other B767 of Aerosvit has been identified but UR-AAG. So it has to be UR-AAG?!

Hi Ingo,

The aircraft 387ABB F-PHSV was entered into the database on 10/4/2011.

3D3C25 is in the d/b and was entered 09/04/2011.

Both are included in the latest Navdata and I have just checked my database explorer and they are both there so there should be no requirement for autopopulation if you have installed the latest navdata file.

Hi Alan!

I haven't downloaded the last database, because until now all -for me- unknown airframes have populated without any problem. Also the two mentioned ones must have been added to the db in some way, even if it was only temporary. This is the only way in which it is possible, that I have the data (except ICAO designator) in my MyLog db. The thing that's bothering me is the fact that they have vanished into thin air from my NAV db without any sign of a software crash. How can frequent installation of the db updates help, if this may happen again and again? That's the reason why I think that we should have an eye on this, because maybe I'm not the only one were this oddity has occurred.

Back to Main-topic: Here is the yesterdays list:

3C6591 (Germany)

3D08A6 D-EBNI C182 Cessna 182E Skylane Private 18254109

3D2424 D-ELYA M7 Maule MX-7 Private

3D2B7C D-EOSI (I have tracked again this combination. perhaps there is a new one with this registration)

3D3911 (yesterday two times with flight id D-ETWB, unfortunately I can't find any visual confirmation that either the C172 is back ion business or a new one is assigned two this registration)

3D3FF5 D-EWLH C172 Cessna 172 R Luftsportclub Hamm e.V. CN:?

3E6F16 D-KHGO

3FEC48 D-MYSA ULAC Eurostar EV 97 Modell 2000 Version R Private (DULV)

3FED96 D-MLPB FA01 Flaming Air FA01 Smaragd Private (wasn't spotted for a couple of years)

3FEE41 D-METI C42 Ikarus C-42 Private

3FEE9A D-MNOH FDCT Flight Design CT SW Private (maybe still for sale)

3FEF69 D-MUCC FK14 B & F Technik FK-14B Polaris Private

3FEF88 D-MKVL PNR3 Alpi Aviation Pioneer 300 Hawk Private

3FEFDE D-MBOE FDCT Flight Design CT Supralight Private (maybe still for sale)

3FF00C D-MSGM

44027E OE-KWR DA40 Diamond Aircraft Industries DA-40 Diamond Executive Club 40335

4403D7 OE-KTV C182 Cessna 182T Vyhnalek Tomas, Decin CZ 18282107

4405A2 OE-KYH does not populate

4CA192 was EI-CXI a B734 of One Air which is now PK-GZP of Garuda Indonesia (perhaps a new airframe for this HEX)

That's all from Sunday.

By the way: If an airframe is in the db, but is still not (auto-)populating, then this is in my opinion a BUG which should be fixed with the next Software release.

Ingo,

I dont have a clue as to what is causing the problem with populate on your computer.  All I know is that they are in the database, added on the dates stated and have not been removed and then added again.  Why they are not populating or populating and disappearing on your computer I dont know.  I do know however that they are in the database and as I have installed the new Navdata I have both aircraft in my database.  I would therefore suggest installing it and hopefully this will cure your problem.

Are you using Vista or Windows 7 with Airnav on programfiles?  Maybe a virtual store problem. The missing ICAO designator is a common populate occurance and is dealt with by a manual update until this particular bus is fixed which I presume will be in the next software version.

It may be a bug a dont know but Airnav will be required to answer that but if they were on your computer and are not anymore i dont have an answer.  My limmitation is inputting the data.

Happy Easter to you Brian, hope you are having a nice weekend.

016009 has been noted the last couple of days from the US heading east probably on delivery and is unidentified at this time.
