4004E9 was G-DOCK in its previous life with BA.  It is now ZS-OTH with Comair in South Africa since 2004.

Well, this is consistent/plausible, because I tracked it with CNTRK Flight ID.

As for 3CE731 (with DCOWB flight ID): Noted as recurring miscode of 3CE735
