Not populating 4249C6 using callsign "EMTQEMTQ".

Mode-S forum is indicating that this is N17644, according to Flightaware it was on it's way to Europe yesterday so it seems to be possible. Although not de-registered (yet)...

Edit: Missed John's message on Mode-s forum! Delivery to UTair, VQ-B??. Sorry!

3C494A comes out as D-ABJJ nothing further

nothing on the remainder and OY-MBP became B-7698 in 2004.

4CA30F comes out as EI-NBD a Robinson R44 Raven c/n 1571 which became OK-VDP in 2009.  Niklas please note.

Did a wee bit digging and found the complete hex is 780712 and is B-3177, Embraer 190-100LR of Tianjin Airlines c/n 19000417
