Hi,

Just noticed a spelling mistake in the database for a recent entry - new A330 G-VKSS of Virgin Atlantic Airlines.  The word "Airlines" for this entry is spelt wrong.

May want to correct it.

It is also wrong. It is Virgin Atlantic Airways http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/en/gb/allaboutus/index.jsp

It was corrected to Airways the day following its entry in the database after the mistake was pointed out by John Hargreaves in reply 1316 so no further change required.

Better being told twice than not at all so thanks Knight01

Morning Alan

Just found the website for the Twin pioneer http://www.classicflight.com/ which states its is the only flying example. The website is recent as in latest news it has info about the airbase opening in April 2011 and a photo dated feb2011 (not of the pioneer).

Hope this helps

Brian

Its one of those that you would rather see in real life than detect on the RB. Perhaps one day.....

I have some decent pictures of it when it visited Prestwick on a tour a couple of years ago.  Lovely.

Afternoon Brian,

800119 is A320 N376BV using its old hex

While the hex E09B36 is Argentinian I think it will be just a coincidental miscode.

4AC88B comes out as SE-RDL MD83 which was last registered as PJ-MDA but was returned to lessor AerGo Capital Leasing, so another miscode

See answer above, reportedly routing from Goodyear to Istanbul.
