Maybe it is a new/other DA42 (different CN *) owned by VPS VERKEHRSPILOTENSCHULE BERLIN (http://www.verkehrspilotenschule.com/flottepiper.php)

As for now I will put 3DA309 on my Alert-List and monitor the activity -if possible-, perhaps we gain new Intel by proceeding this way. Further I take the combination 3DA309 / D-GHYL as an "officially not resolvable" Aircraft at this time.
