4D4343 seems to be SE-MCC miscoding

B45698 seems to be TC-JKG miscoding

I will try to confirm the hex 4A822A (was noted in Ohio late May, 102005 was delivered June 1st. Hex decodes into a non-valid reg, so it's looks like a mil code)
