Both those aircraft are in the database

VT-TMS since 22/1/2011
N184BK since 21/12/2010

I had a look at my reporter and picked up:

VT-TMS first at 10:48 and last at 18:47
N184BK first at 13:21 and last at 17:43

Not populating A94897

It decodes into N698BR which became EW-276PJ with Belavia.
So is it miscoding or is it a new aircraft?

Where did you get your info on 3FEFD9 being D-MWGX SR20.  The D-MW** range are normally ultralight aircraft.

I also cannot comment on N698BR until the FAA site comes back up.

A2AC2C translates to N271WE but the FAA website is off for maintenance this time so connot confirm or deny. Probably N271WA miscoding

3FEFD9 (Germany) unknown

The 2 AE**** are tactical codes and the German Mil are unknown and probably tact codes as well.
