Hi,

Just got a new Dell PC with Windows 7 64 bit home prem installed.

Downloaded the new 3.13 AirNav software and loaded okay.

Plugged in the box but nothing ?

Looked in the forum but can't see anything.

The 64 bit seems installed on the C drive file but is zipped, how do I unzip it and where to ?

The power light on the box is on.

Thanks for any help.

Mike.

Two common problems with Win7 64 bit
Do not install into the default directories but rather into C:\AirNav or something like that.
Make sure you download the new Win7 drivers and install them

Hello,

Typical after 2 minutes now the AirNav stops working.

Get an error message ANRB.exe has stopped working.

Anyone any ideas ?

PC is a DELL top of the range is there something I need to delete ie old drivers ?

Thanks

Mike.

If its failing every 2 minutes, check whether you have anti virus software searching that folder or any other process.
